Casblaidd Chizel Flatcoated Retriever Dob 23.04.2019 Colour - Liver Hips: 3:5 Elbows: 0:0 Gonioscopy PLA: Grade 0 tested 2019 Gonioscopy PLA: Grade 0 tested 2023 Eyes - BVA - 2019, 2020, 2021 and Oct 2022 clear Rabies jab - April 2022 DNA Fingerprint Profile (proving parentage of puppies sired) - Laboklin Does not carry the yellow gene - laboklin Show assessment available from FCR Championship show judge Estimated breeding scores for Chizel are excellent at - 4 low risk Chizel is the most delightful dog. He is truly wonderful boy - he loves to work. He is the most biddable dog with all the attributes you would want in a dog. He is SO keen to learn and loves to retrieve but at the same time he is quiet and calm but when you send - whoosh he goes so fast. He is a very dark liver colour - his mother is liver and his father is black |
Chizel has so much style and speed for his
retrieving and his general recall
He is very biddable and all he wants to do in life is learn and work - he would be happy doing anything that involved learning - if I was not into the gundog working tests and trialling I would definitely do obedience or agility with him his swimming is something else - he is so so fast its quite incredible - I have had a few flatcoats and my last one Hogan was brilliant winning numerous open tests and top dog at the euro challenge at the game fair - but I think Chizel is even better - just love his attitude - although he does sulk when its time to get back in the car or if another dog is going to be trained and he is left out!
Chizel is so calm and quiet when on a shoot day and in working tests - he is never stressed or silly but when it is his turn then yes he goes very fast.
He is integral team to picking up and is quite and steady and finds game with ease - he carries game gently and to hand
